The service
Allomorpheus provides an AI-assisted language learning platform: conversation tools, vocabulary management, grammar lessons, writing tools, progress tracking, and Anki export. The service is provided as-is and as-available.
Accounts
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address.
Free trial and billing
New accounts include a 7-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from the billing portal — no emails or calls required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping of the app, no attempts to reverse-engineer it, no unlawful content, and no sharing of a single account across multiple people.
Your content
Your conversations, vocabulary, and other learning content belong to you. You grant us the limited right to process that content to provide the service (generating tutor replies, lessons, and exports). We do not claim ownership of your content.
AI-generated content
Tutor replies, corrections, and lessons are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate. They are educational aids, not authoritative linguistic references, and the service is not a substitute for professional instruction where that is required.
Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces the value of a paid subscription, you may cancel for a prorated refund of the remaining period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allomorpheus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
