The short version
Allomorpheus is privacy-first by design: no ads, no tracking cookies, no data sold, no data brokered. Your learning content is used to provide the service to you — nothing else.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication credentials. Learning data: your conversations with the AI tutor, saved vocabulary, grammar collections, quiz results, and progress — this content exists to provide the service. Technical data: a server-side last-activity timestamp updated at most once every five minutes, used for basic analytics.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookie-less analytics tool. It collects no personal data, sets no tracking cookies, and does not follow you across sites.
What we never do
We do not run ads. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We do not use tracking cookies or cross-site identifiers.
AI processing
Your conversations are processed by AI language models to generate tutor replies, corrections, and lessons. This processing exists solely to provide your learning features. Chat content is not used for advertising or profiling.
Deleting your data
When you click 'clear' on a conversation with your AI tutor, that conversation is deleted from our servers. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
Data retention
We retain your learning data for as long as your account is active so your lexicon, lessons, and progress persist between sessions. Billing records are retained as required by law.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production data is restricted to the operator of the service.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
