Are J-pop lyrics good for learning Japanese?
Yes, with a caveat: lyrics use poetic word order and casual register, so they are best as a supplement, not a curriculum. As comprehensible, motivating input that you will happily replay fifty times, they are unmatched — and replay is where acquisition happens.
